We are equipped with four printers optimized for printing industrial nylon/carbon fiber filament. We also have equipment to smooth the surface of printed parts.

•    Strength and Stiffness: Offers greater stiffness and durability than ABS, PETG, and standard nylon.
•    Surface Finish:  Provides a smooth, matte black finish with minimal visible layer lines, making it suitable for aesthetically pleasing parts.  When combined with our surface finishing process, surfaces are smooth and virtually free of lines.   
•    Chemical Resistance: Demonstrates good chemical resistance, expanding its range of usable environments. 
•    Impact Resistance: Offers a strong balance of stiffness and shock absorption for functional parts.
•    Dimensional Stability: Parts exhibit good dimensional accuracy and minimal warping, resulting in more precise and reliable prints.
